TOURNAMENT FORMAT - Single elimination bracket. Lose and you're out. - Seeding is based on regular season standings from the previous season. MATCH RULES - Games are 2 x 30-minute halves (shorter than league games). - If tied after regulation: 2 x 10-minute extra time periods, then penalty kicks. - Each team gets 3 substitutions (no re-entry). CARDS & SUSPENSIONS - Any card received carries over to subsequent tournament rounds. - A red card means automatic elimination from the tournament.
