GENERAL - FIFA Laws of the Game apply unless overridden below. - All disputes are resolved by the League Commissioner. Decisions are final. ELIGIBILITY - Players must be registered and appear on the roster before playing. - Guest players are not permitted during playoff matches. MATCH RULES - Games consist of two 45-minute halves. - 5 substitutions allowed per match (3 windows + halftime). - If a game is tied after regulation, the result stands as a draw during the regular season. - Playoff matches tied after regulation go to penalty kicks (no extra time). DISCIPLINE - Red card: automatic 1-game suspension + league review. - 2 yellow cards in a single game = red card (1-game suspension). - 5 yellow cards accumulated = 1-game suspension. - Fighting or violent conduct: minimum 3-game suspension. FORFEITS - A team unable to field 7 players within 15 minutes of kickoff forfeits (3-0 score recorded). - Two forfeits in a season result in removal from the league. WEATHER - Games canceled due to weather will be rescheduled by the league office. - Referee has final say on field playability.
