1. All players must be 18 years or older. 2. Teams must have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 players on their roster. 3. Each half is 45 minutes with a 10-minute halftime break. 4. A maximum of 5 substitutions are allowed per game. 5. Slide tackles from behind are not permitted and will result in a direct free kick. 6. Any player receiving a red card is suspended for a minimum of one game. 7. Two yellow cards accumulated across games result in a one-game suspension. 8. Teams must arrive at least 15 minutes before kickoff or risk forfeiting the match. 9. Shin guards are mandatory for all players. 10. The home team is responsible for providing the game ball.
